When we think of using herbs for health, we generally think of them within the context of the Western Medical model: You have a symptom, you take specific herbs to alleviate that symptom. In the Eastern model of medicine, we look not only at the visible, but the invisible parts of the whole that is you. Your whole health is not just the physical manifestation of a problem; it is the underlying emotional and spiritual aspects of yourself.
Western Herbs, those that are most readily available to us, support the biochemistry of your body by bringing your energy back into balance so it can begin to heal itself.
Each herb used in this class is associated with a particular emotion. Once we are able to reflect on the emotion we can move on.
These Herbs support our spiritual aspect of ourselves in that they connect us with nature. Each has a message for us. When pondering that message, we raise our vibrational energies, which brings us closer to our goal of optimal health.
In this class you will learn:
- Muscle testing:
How to self-test
How to test a partner
- How to test for imbalances in your five elements according to the Chinese Theory
- How to test for imbalances in the Chakra system
- How to test for which herb is needed
- How to make the correction
You will leave class feeling great, equipped with a manual to help yourself and family!
